Can anything in the Law change?

Can anything in the Law be changed, adjusted, or added to?

Jesus says that it is easier for our world to disappear than for anything to change in Moses and the Prophets. Actually, Colossians 2:16-17 only defines the parameters of Messianic Judaism. Colossians 2:16-17 is not a statement of freedom from any forbiddance in Moses.
Sabbaths is plural in the Greek of Colossians 2:16-17 for the other 7 sabbaths of the works of the Torah (Law), not in singular form which would indicate the 7th day sabbath. The singular form 'sabbath' in the verse exposes the biases of the translators.

(17) Think not that I came to destroy the law or the prophets: I came not to destroy, but to fulfil.
(18) For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass away from the law, till all things be accomplished.
